We have stepped into Director-level roles across Government, the NHS and the Private Sector at short notice, often during major restructures, recoveries or periods of significant change. Sometimes you need specific expertise for a specific problem, just someone who knows what they are doing and can turn around quality work. Walker Fairway offers short-term contracting on a day rate or deliverables basis for project work, diagnostics, facilitation, report writing and stakeholder engagement strategies.
